University of Grappling is a martial arts facility located in Lindon, Utah. The head instructor is Ricky Lundell, who is a 2-time World Champion Submission Grappling. At University of Grappling we teach the most dominating and effective No-Gi Submission grappling program ever created, which was developed by merging the minds and expertise of Ricky Lundell and Cael Sanderson (Wrestling Olympic Gold Medalist and 4-time NCAA Champion). We also teach traditional Gracie/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kid’s Jiu-Jitsu classes, and self-defense courses for professionals. Come try us out at no charge!
